Gun Room Repairs - Our Approach

Guns are delicate instruments and occasionally things go wrong, it happens at the most inconvenient times, usually half–way through the first drive. Regular gun servicing helps to reduce these situations but even a well serviced gun can be susceptible to metal fatigue - strikers & springs give no warning when they are about to break.

In order to continually improve the quality of our service, we are delighted to have secured the services of a local gunsmith who completed a 5 year apprenticeship with E.J. Churchill Gunmakers and then went on to work for them for a further 3 years. He has recently set up his own workshop specialising in shotgun and rifle repairs & servicing for the gun trade.

As well as servicing, we also offer all types of repairs and alterations including re-barreling and re-stocking of shotguns. We also have the ability to conduct specialist rifle repairs and servicing. Rifles can be accurised, trigger pulls altered and all types of sound moderators fitted (including threading and re-crowning). All our repair work is guaranteed for one year.
